What is Mental counselling?

Mental counselling is a therapeutic process that addresses emotional, psychological, and behavioural concerns to improve an individual's overall mental well-being. Through counselling, individuals work with a trained professional to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences, develop coping strategies, gain insight, and make positive life changes.

Taking care of your own success and wellbeing is essential, since the ability to navigate life's ups and downs with resilience is an important part of personal growth and a primary goal of mental counselling.
