No. In the early access programme as we are only working with a small group of hand-picked “influencers”. If you have a positive balance (i.e. fees are due) we will contact you and let you know the status of your account via email. If you have any questions you will be able to contact us at support@writeupp.com and one of the team will be delighted to help.

No. You only receive referral fees if one of your referrals (i.e. one attributed to you) subscribes to a paid plan continuously for 3 months.
Fees are paid via bank transfer or PayPal.
Referral fees are paid in GBP. If you are outside the UK this means that your fees may increase or decrease in line with the prevailing exchange rate.
You won't receive a referral fee. The referral needs to subscribe to a paid plan and continue paying (without interruption) for 3 months.
Your fees will exactly match whatever they pay us. So if they start on a single user plan for the first month (paying us £14.95 + VAT) and then upgrade to a 3 user plan in the second and third months you will receive fees totalling £88.95 + VAT (£14.95 + £36.95 + £36.95, plus VAT)
We don't expect this to happen often but if two people refer the same clinic/practice then the one who referred them first will get the credit. In practical terms, this means you will get “credit” for a referral as soon as they sign up for a free 30-day trial. To be clear, this does not mean that you will get paid a referral fee. It simply means that you are “attributed” to the referral and no one else can get credit for it if/when they go on to subscribe.
