Caseload & More Tweaks

New Feature

In this update we have provided a new view that we hope you will really like – the Caseload. This will allow you to:

  • View all of your “Open Episodes”  – clients that you are actively treating at present
  • View all of your “Closed Episodes” – clients that you have treated in the past and discharged
  • View Clients that have “No Episode” of care – the caseload is ordered by “Create date” so this view is an ideal way to create a simple Waiting List

In addition, for each client listed on the Caseload view you also get to see:

  • Mobile Number
  • Email Address
  • Who saw them last
  • When they were seen last
  • When their next appointment is due

The Caseload is accessed from the main menu at the top left of the application and everything is exportable to Excel or CSV. Here’s how it looks if you were using it to manage a waiting list, for example:

Improvements

Reminder/Confirmation Logging

We now capture exactly what Confirmation/Reminder settings were set when an appointment was booked. These can be viewed by going to the relevant client’s summary and clicking on the appointment in question, as below:

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed invoice number issues
  • Totals in Finance views now round to two decimal places
  • Error in Expenses “Grand Total” has been resolved
  • Resolved various Microsoft Edge related issues
