Ability to order note & attachment keywords, other improvements and bug fixes (web v2.13.21)
This release (web v2.13.21) brings you the ability to order your notes & attachment keywords. It also sees changes to how your document templates and 3rd parties are displayed, along with some other small improvements and bug fixes.
Here’s what we’ve been up to:
Ability to order your note and attachment keywords
We’ve introduced the ability to change the order in which your notes and attachment keywords appear. This allows you to select a ‘default’ keyword which will automatically populate in the dropdown first.
To do this, go to the Main Menu -> Fields -> Note Keyword/Attachment Keyword and click on “edit.” From here you can assign a number in the ‘Order’ column:
Once your keywords have been ordered, they will display in that order from the dropdown boxes within either a note:
Or an attachment:
Whichever keyword you number as 1 will always populate first in the box, making it your “default” option.
User name has been added to the “last saved” information of a document
Information relating to the last user to edit and save a document has been added to the “last saved” information that appears at the top of a draft document:
Last saved information has also been added for a locked document:
Document templates and third parties now listed alphabetically
To make document templates easier to find when working with a client, they will now display alphabetically in the Document Gallery when you go to “Create -> Document”:
Third parties are also listed alphabetically when choosing “Select Third Party” from the patient summary:
“?” icon within Manage Notifications will open Help Centre
Clicking the “?” icon from the Manage notifications page will now open the notifications section of the help centre:
Information on “Date added” included on the “Client” views
The date a client was first created in WriteUpp has been added to all tabs within “Main Menu -> Clients”:
- All user roles were able to access the pathway to purchase SMS credits via Create -> Message -> SMS -> Buy More. This is not longer the case and is restricted to site administrators.
- There was a spelling error within the online booking admin area. This has been corrected.
- The order of the columns within the CSV file resulting from the Patients data export did not match the columns as they were displayed within WriteUpp. This has been fixed.
